The electric high-pressure welded ball valve produced by GEROYAL consists of a forged steel high-pressure valve body and an imported quarter-turn electric actuator. The electric actuator adopts an integrated structure, which can directly perform on-off regulation with a 220V power input. It can also be equipped with a built-in servo module, allowing operation to be controlled by inputting a control signal (4–20mA DC or 1–5V DC) and single-phase power. The main components of the electric high-pressure ball valve are forged by professional manufacturers, overcoming the potential defects of cast steel valves and maintaining structural pressure resistance uniformity under higher working pressures. Applicable media: water, oil, gas, corrosive media, and acid-base corrosive media. The electric high-pressure ball valve is widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, natural gas, metallurgy, and long-distance natural gas pipelines containing hydrogen sulfide media, numerous impurities, and severe corrosion.
